RETURNS

Before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us regarding any queries, we are happy to help with sizing, fit etc.

If you need to return an in store  or over the phone purchase, we can offer you a store credit. 

Online orders can be returned for a store credit or refund.

Online orders and instore purchases can be returned as long as items are:

  • Returned within 7 days
  • Are in original condition, unworn
  • With the tags still attached

Items paid for using Afterpay and Laybuy can only be returned for a store credit.

Please note these items cannot be returned: 

  • Sale items
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie 
  • Earrings
  • Perfumes
  • Sunglasses
  • Hats

If you are sending an item back this must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back to us.

We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your return.

Once we receive the item back, we will either, send you your new item, repair the item if needed, issue you a store credit or refund you.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty we will repair or replace it subject to availability, at our discretion.

If we cannot repair or replace the garment we may issue you either a refund or store credit on the purchase price.

We will not replace items that have been damaged by wear and tear, and we ask all items are laundered before returning.

Please allow time for us to contact our supplier and receive a replacement or credit.
