NZ SHIPPING
We offer Free Shipping for all NZ orders, no minimum spend required.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.
If you are paying by a direct deposit we will ship the item once the payment has cleared.
Please note: Deval Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
IN STORE PICK-UP
Please let us know if you would like to pick your item up from our Wanaka store.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live in the Wanaka area We are happy to deliver your items free of charge.
RETURNS
Before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us regarding any queries, we are happy to help with sizing, fit etc.
If you need to return an item to us, we can offer you an exchange or store credit. In some cases a refund.
You must then return the item to Deval Boutique and cover any necessary shipping costs. If you are sending an item back this must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back to us.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition with all tags attached within 7 days of purchase.
Once we receive the item back, we will either, send you your new item, repair the item, issue you a store credit or in limited cases refund you.

FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is faulty we will repair or replace it subject to availability, at our discretion.
If we cannot repair or replace the garment we may issue you either a refund or store credit on the purchase price.
We will not replace items that have been damaged by wear and tear, and we ask all items are laundered before returning.
Please allow time for us to contact our supplier and receive a replacement or credit.
Deval Boutique will honour its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
