Please note that we are also a busy physical store. This means that there is the potential for someone to be purchasing an item in our store at the same time you are purchasing online. If this does occur we will give preference to the sale that occurred in store. In the unlikely event of this happening we will contact you straight away and organise a refund or exchange.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX) Payment Express. Payment Express automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours, using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Direct bank deposits are also an option for payment. Please make sure all personal information, address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly so we can send your things as quickly as possible!
