NZ SHIPPING

We offer free overnight shipping for all NZ orders over $150.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

If you are paying by a direct deposit we will ship the item once the payment has cleared.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

We ship our overseas orders using DHL express.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. You can expect your parcel to be delivered within 5-10 business days.

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.

Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.

Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.

We ship our overseas orders using DHL express.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. You can expect your parcel to be delivered within 1-2 Weeks.

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please check your countries import duty tax policies before you place an order with us.

Please let us know if you would like to pick your item up from our Wanaka store.

LOCAL DELIVERY 

If you live in the Wanaka area we are happy to deliver your items free of charge.

RETURNS

When shopping with us at Devàl we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us regarding any queries, we are happy to help with sizing, fit etc.

If you change your mind for any reason there are a number of options available to you.

If you need to return an in store or over the phone purchase, we can offer you a store credit. Online orders can be returned for a refund as long as items are:

• Returned within 7 days
• Are in original condition, unworn
• With the tags still attached
• Paid for with Credit or Eftpos

Items paid for using Afterpay can only be returned for a store credit.

note these items cannot be returned: 

• Sale items
• Swimwear
• Lingerie 
• Earrings
• Perfumes
• Sunglasses
• Hats

If you are sending an item back this must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back to us.

Once we receive the item back, we will either, send you your new item, repair the item if needed, issue you a store credit or refund you. 

We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your return.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty we will repair or replace it subject to availability.

If we cannot repair or replace the garment we may issue you either a refund or store credit on the purchase price.

We will not replace items that have been damaged by wear and tear, and we ask all items are laundered before returning.

Please allow time for us to contact our supplier and receive a replacement or credit.

Deval Boutique will honour its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
